shall be authorized to sign banking documents of the League jointly with one of the persons already empowered to do so, i.e.

Miss Yvonne Hentsch, Director, Nursing Bureau
Mr. Shanker Nigam, Director, International Relations Bureau Mr. Paul Tischhauser, Director, Office of Treasurer General”
